AES FS2004 Not Recognising Airports

I had to reload my FS system onto a new PC today and everything is working apart from AES.

 

My previous version was 2.41, and I updated to 2.45, yet it does not recognise any of my addon airports.

 

I started with Aerosoft Brussels X, added it via FS9 in the usual way.  Reopend FS9 and created a flight, scenery is there all ok.

 

Open AES help to activate AES and it is not there, not recognised.

 

I checked the scenery.cfg file and Brussels is there (no other scenery installed yet) but AES does not see it.

 

Am I missing something ?

AES at THAIC Mumbai Intl

Hi,

i recently bought the Mumbai scenery from Thai Creations. Unfortunately there are no vehicles showing except for the ones working at my plane. I'd really appreciate some help.

What I already tried:

- changing scenery settings

- uninstall and reinstall airport

- repair/resync airport

- de-/reactivate airport

The pic shows some "shadows" on the ground where containers should be placed, but there's nothing.

Thanks for any help and suggestions.

Hello,

if you have requests for new Airports supported by AES, please post you requests here.

Check this first:
Before you post, check this link, if the airport is allready done:
- Available Airport list
- Check also, if the Airport is already requested in this Thread.
- Check if the Airport/Company/Group is in the "Never Supported" list at the end of this post

Make the post like this:
ICAO: <ICAO code of the airport>
NAME: <Name of the Airport>
TYPE: <Freeware/Payware>
FS: <FS9 / FSX>
DESIGNER: <Name of Designer, Group or Publisher>
LINK: <Link to the website, Shop or Downloadpage>

Add max one screenshot!

Please follow this roles:

  • Only one airport per post
  • Requests without a link to the download or Homepage of this product will be deleted without warning.
  • Double request will be deleted without warning, so please check if the airport is listed allready.
  • Don't post requests of default airports
  • The airport should have custom 3D objects of terminal and a groundlayout. Enhancments for the defaults are no "airport Sceneries"
  • Airport must be available on a international Shop or a free accessable freeware download page (no chinese only websites ..)
  • Don't post any "yes I agree to .." post's, that makes no sence. Keep the thread clean from discussions.

I will not comment any of this posts, but I will read this thread from time to time. If a airport is interesting for AES it will be checked. I hope, we get a better overview with this single thread, so not every body needs to open a new thread which is lost after some time.

  • no MSK production airports, not included yet
  • all RF Scenery Building Projects - Developer don't want to have AES for the products.

AES and PMDG 747v3 in FSX

Hi,

is it possible to use AES with the new 747v3 of PMDG?

When i open the window for AES in FSX (strg+shift+W), i get the message that the aircraft is not correct configured an i should open AESHelp to set Parameter. But when i open AESHelp i get the message that i am not connected with FSX???

Other Aircrafts of PMDG like the MD11 are still working.

AES rip off

Hi there,

I'm not happy with this. I had credits assigned to Flightbeams KSFOHD, then Flightbeam updated to V2 (thinking my credits would be fine). No, now i have to assign more credits to the scenery which to me is ridiculous. That means that it would be 8 credits just for the same scenery, I have 2x creditpacks but for some reason it says I only have 1 assigned. This is an absolute rip off.

AES issue after updating MA Rome scenery to v 1.04

Hi,

Is the newest version (1.04) of the MA Rome scenery supported by AES in FSX ? After updating to v 1.04, AES is not active in the scenery. Issue ?

After the installition, it told me that AES need sp2 or xpack installed. G3D.DLL Version: 10.0.62615.0

 My FS Version is FSX SE+RAAS+Rex4

Whenver i try to install SODE into P3D, this message comes up : 

 

When I select FSX, it works fine but for P3D it doesnt work.

AES, the software which gives the key to super functional jetways and double jetways, once just a dream... But Oliver stopped updating because he is very busy, is there any one one the team that can update the software so at least some of the major airports can have jetways etc Gatwick version 4 from UK2000 :) I hope you guys can bring AES back to life, please don't let AES become WOAI or another great software that dies silently...

hi i just brought the qw 787 and i have installed the aes manual config but its putting the belt loader on the cargo door when it should be a hi loader how can i change this please

Jetways not working with AES.

Good morning,

 I recently experienced some jetway issues at the FSDT Dallas Int'l Airport. When I first activated AES with the FSDT KDFW, it was working just fine. Then when I reloaded my FSX at the same airport, it wasn't working. I reached out for support on the FSDT forums, and they were saying that I needed to reach out for support over on the Aerosoft forums. Is there anyway to help resolve this issue?

Hello, since a few days ago, I have been experiencing this on my FSX, could someone give me a heads up of what can be?

I am going towards it and the distance indicator moves and the positioning moves but the board where it says STOP or TOO FAR is all yellow.

 

I have uninstalled AES by removing all files from AES folder in FSX

I have uninstalled addon scenery that I added at the time

No error is coming up
