Cannot activate KSAN

Hello there

I cannot activate LatinVFR KSAN. I see the jetways but in AESHELP Tromsø X is not marked and not ready for activation. Reninstall did not help.

I use FSX, SP2, AES 2.45a and SODE 6.4 on Windows7. Tromsø X is downloaded today version is 1.04 according to Aerosoftlauncher.

Do you have any suggestion?
